Since most people who do not get vaccinated say that the are protecting their health from perceived adverse effects of the vaccines, how is it determined who is “healthy” in determining “healthy vaccinee bias”? What assumptions are in play here? I have seen the bias noted in various studies, but it’s never explained how it is determined.
