You may have missed the last paragraph before the actual text of the propecy:

For my purposes here, though, it is not the unfolding events that are of interest, but rather, the inclusion of the prescription of the “great responsiveness meditation” as an antidote for some of what will come to pass, along with the mention of a spiritual sound arising from space that will become evident. As I said in the Postscript of this text, “spiritual sound” is another name for inner spontaneous sound.

You focused on the events foretold in the prophecy, while I was focused on the validation of the power of using inner spontaneous sound as a meditation support because of its helpful benefits.
