First, I would like to point out that your numbers don't match official sources... again. According to the World Health Organization, Ireland has a total of 564,657 confirmed cases and not 114,000 as you wrote above. I already gave the official government link for total adult vaccination rates in an earlier response. Interestingly, WHO has no data on vaccines being mandatory in South Africa, except for one small area of the country.
But besides all the misinformation about numbers that you keep presenting, this whole bizarre and troubling stream of responses from you has nothing to do with me, but everything to do with you. I clapped for your initial response to Mike Meyer's piece, because in your response to him you seemed to be praising South Africa. I commented that I found the imposition of flight bans, which have a negative economic impact on South Africa, was a bizarre and insane way of thanking them for bringing this new variant to the attention of the world, by sharing their data freely and openly.
My 'imputation' that you seem fixated on is of your own creation. You, not me. Yes, the world has collectively gone nuts, apparently you included.
As for this stream of responses to my praise for your position, being an Irish citizen, I was just reacting to the dichotomy between Ireland having a very high incidence of new infections while having a very high level of double immunizations in the country. I said it's hard to make sense of that. I wasn't implying anything other than what the facts show, and what a normal sane and intelligent person might say to such a dichotomy between the numbers. You don't like the numbers? Fine, make some more shit up as you go.
The point of my original response to you was to concur with what you said, and to refuse to consent to the demonization of South Africa because of their openness.
But after reading your characterizations of my "bullshit" implication (not made), and some off-hand slur about my "spiritual nonsense" (what? you don't know what The Enlightenment was?) I really don't have a good opinion of either your character, or your intelligence.
