And similarly, we uncritically believe that Now is something we can “be” in, even though we can never say — without flipping the content and focus of Our experience — when other “we” could “be.”
The past is present (in what is) simply because it is the logical (not physical) conditions for what is; but reminiscing about the past is only ever experienced Now, and the timelines we build, as if they are physical histories, rather than logical necessities, are a thing of the past — an organizing principle for creating an illusory order.
I can dream of futures that might become, but only ever experience dreaming Now.
Reminiscing of dreams I once had is only ever experienced Now.
You see, it’s because we’ve flipped the content of experience for the focus of experience that creates all these differences that confuse us — for we are the Now that we crowd out with our confusion of differences.
And Soul is just a now necessary word to account for our “being in the Now.”
Because time is a persistent illusion created by our having a flipped perspective, that is little more than an optical illusion of our understanding.
We think we are other than Time, and that Now is a time, and that is the flip. The Now is not a time and “we” are never ever other than a form of Time — until “our time runs out.”
And what damage this flip causes, because it primordially undermines all of our understandings.
Thank you for a bit of morning inspiration through your words!
